What to do right now
Stop using the drive. Every time a failing drive runs, it can overwrite the files you want back or damage itself further. Do not install recovery software on the same drive.
Bring it in, or call 020 7394 2521. We assess the drive, tell you what can be recovered and the price, and only go ahead when you agree. Recovered files are returned on a new drive or USB stick.

How much of my data can you recover?
It depends on the damage. After assessing the drive we tell you what is recoverable before you decide.
How long does data recovery take?
Simple recoveries can be done within a day or two. Physically damaged drives take longer, and we give you an estimate after assessment.
Is my data kept private?
Yes. We only access your files to recover them, and you can tell us which folders matter most.
