What to bring
Bring the NAS with all its drives in place, or the drives labelled with their bay numbers. Do not try to repair or reinitialise the volume from the NAS settings.
Backups
A NAS is not a backup on its own. Once your files are back, we can advise on a simple backup so it does not happen again.
