What to do right now
Switch the laptop off and unplug it. Do not switch it back on to check it. Turn it upside down with the lid open to drain. Do not use a hair dryer or put it in rice. Bring it to us as soon as you can.
Why speed matters
Liquid itself often does less damage than the corrosion it leaves behind, which keeps spreading across the board. The sooner we clean it, the better the chance of a full repair.

Can a liquid-damaged laptop be saved?
Often, yes, especially if it was switched off quickly. We assess it and tell you the chances and the price before any work.
Can you save my files?
In most cases the storage survives even if the laptop does not. We can recover your files as part of the repair.
How long does a liquid damage repair take?
Cleaning and assessment usually takes a day or two. Board-level repairs and parts can take longer.
Do I need an appointment?
Not at our main workshop: walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. For our Beckenham drop-off point, please call to book an appointment before you come.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. It does not cover new accidental damage.
