Stop using the drive
Every time a failing drive runs, it can damage itself further and overwrite what you want back. Unplug it and do not run recovery software on it.
Physical recovery
Drives with physical damage are opened in clean conditions, and a matching donor drive may be needed for parts. We explain this and the price before any work.

How much does hard drive recovery cost?
The initial consultation is free. A clean room diagnostic is £79 + VAT, and physical recovery on a single drive is £450 + VAT for labour, plus a donor drive if needed.
Can you recover a dropped external drive?
Often, yes. We assess it first.
How long does it take?
It depends on the damage, and we give you an estimate after assessment.

Not at our main workshop: walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. For our Beckenham drop-off point, please call to book an appointment before you come.
