Can my laptop be upgraded?
Many newer thin laptops have memory, and sometimes storage, soldered to the board, so they cannot be upgraded. Tell us your model or bring it in and we will check before recommending anything.

Will I keep my files and programs?
Yes. When we fit a new SSD we copy everything across, so your files and programs are where you left them.
How much faster will it be?
Moving from a hard drive to an SSD is usually the biggest speed-up an older computer can get, especially at start-up.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, or book online first so we know what to expect.
