Before you bring your Mac in
If your Mac still starts, back up your files first if you can. If it does not, tell us: on Apple silicon Macs storage is soldered to the board, so recovering data can mean repairing the board.
Tell us your model or serial number when you call and we can check parts and price for you. You can find it in the Apple menu under About This Mac.

Do you repair Apple silicon MacBooks?
Yes. We repair M1, M2, M3 and M4 MacBook Air and MacBook Pro models, including screens, batteries, keyboards, charging ports and liquid damage.
Will I lose my data?
Most repairs do not touch your storage, but back up if you can. If your Mac will not start, we can often recover your files as part of the repair.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, or book online first so we know what to expect.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, 3 months on parts and labour, excluding new accidental damage.
