Check your battery health
On your Mac, open System Settings, then Battery, then the information button next to Battery Health. If it says Service Recommended, the battery needs replacing.
Swollen batteries
If the trackpad is hard to click or the case is lifting, stop using the Mac, keep it off charge and bring it in.

Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. It does not cover new accidental damage.
