Take the District line to Tower Hill and walk over Tower Bridge, or change at West Ham for the Jubilee line to Bermondsey.
Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) and London Bridge are both within walking distance of the workshop.

Barking and Dagenham sits on the north bank of the Thames in east London.
A short history
Barking Abbey was founded in the 7th century and was one of the most important abbeys in England. In the 1920s and 1930s the Becontree estate was built here, at the time the largest council housing estate in the world, and Ford opened its Dagenham car plant in 1931. The borough was created in 1965 and took its current name in 1980.
