Can my laptop be upgraded?
Many thin laptops have memory soldered to the board, which cannot be upgraded. Others have one or two slots. We check your model before recommending anything.
Memory or SSD?
If your computer still has a hard drive, an SSD usually helps more than extra memory. We tell you which will make the bigger difference.

Yes, if it is compatible.

Not at our main workshop: walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. For our Beckenham drop-off point, please call to book an appointment before you come.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. It does not cover new accidental damage.
