What to do now
If you gave someone remote access, turn the computer off. From a different device, change your email and banking passwords, and contact your bank straight away if you shared card or banking details.
What we check
We remove any remote access software the scammers installed, check for anything else they left, and make sure your accounts are not still being accessed from the computer.

Not until it has been checked if someone had remote access.

Not at our main workshop: walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. For our Beckenham drop-off point, please call to book an appointment before you come.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. It does not cover new accidental damage.
