Common repairs
Screen
Cracked, black, flickering or lined screens. We fit a matching panel and test it for dead pixels, brightness and colour.
Battery
Drains fast, shuts down with charge left or shows a service warning? We fit a new battery and check the charging circuit.
Keyboard
Missing, sticking or dead keys and spill damage. On some models the keyboard is fixed to the top case, and we tell you before starting.
Charging
Not charging, or only at an angle? We test the charger, the USB-C port and the power circuit to find the fault.
Good to know
Pixelbooks are Chromebooks, so your files are usually synced to Google, but a new screen or battery keeps the laptop itself going.

Will my files be safe?
Most repairs do not touch your storage, but back up anything important if you can. If it will not start, tell us and we will take extra care.

No. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, or book online first.
How long will it take?
Many repairs are done the same day when the part is in stock. If we need to order a part, we give you a date when you drop it off.
