Board-level repair, not board replacement
Most laptop repair shops replace the whole motherboard, which is often expensive or impossible to find for older models. We trace the fault to the component that failed and replace just that part, using proper soldering and rework equipment in our workshop.
Your files
On most laptops your storage is separate from the board and is not affected. On Apple silicon Macs and some thin laptops the storage is soldered to the board, and repairing the board is the way to get your data back.

How long does a motherboard repair take?
It depends on the fault and parts. Many are done within a few working days, and we give you a date when you drop the laptop off.
