Getting here
The Northern line runs from Morden and Colliers Wood to London Bridge. Check the train says Bank branch.
Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) and London Bridge are both within walking distance of the workshop.

A short history
Merton was formed in 1965 from Wimbledon, Mitcham, Merton and Morden. Merton Priory, founded in 1117, was one of the most important religious houses near London. Admiral Nelson lived at Merton Place, William Morris later ran workshops at Merton Abbey Mills, and the Wimbledon Championships have been played in the area since 1877.
