Bring your laptop in, or book online first. We diagnose the fault and tell you the price. Nothing is repaired until you agree it.
We keep a large stock of screens, keyboards, batteries and charging parts, so many repairs are finished the same day. If a part has to be ordered, we give you a date when you drop the laptop off.

How long does a laptop repair take?
Many repairs, including most screens, batteries and charging ports, are done the same day when the part is in stock. Board-level work or parts we need to order take longer, and we give you a date up front.
Is my laptop worth repairing?
Usually. We tell you the price after diagnosis, and if a repair is not worth the money we say so.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm, or book online first so we know what to expect.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes, repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. It does not cover new accidental damage such as drops or spills.
