How we diagnose it
We test your PC with known good parts, one at a time, so we find exactly which component has failed rather than guessing.
Your files
A PC that will not start usually still has your files on its drive. We can copy them off before or during the repair.

Is it worth repairing?
Usually. A new power supply or memory is often much cheaper than a new PC.
Do you repair custom-built PCs?
Yes, as well as Dell, HP, Lenovo and other brands.
How long does it take?
Many repairs are done the same day when parts are in stock.
Do I need an appointment?
Not at our main workshop: walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am to 6pm. For our Beckenham drop-off point, please call to book an appointment before you come.
Is the work guaranteed?
Yes, repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour. It does not cover new accidental damage.
