South Western Railway runs from Wimbledon to Waterloo, where the Jubilee line runs to Bermondsey.
Bermondsey station (Jubilee line) and London Bridge are both within walking distance of the workshop.

A short history of Wimbledon
The Wimbledon Championships have been played here since 1877, making it the oldest tennis tournament in the world. Wimbledon Common has a windmill built in 1817, and the town grew quickly after the railway arrived in 1838.
